The only thing keeping the 0.5 star back is the editing/typos.
Otherwise, it was a very well-written novel. You get a glimpse of what life is like for a young, disabled veteran. Watching the relationship between Dylan and Alex was very interesting. The story is told in the present with snapshots of the past sprinkled in. The story moved along without feeling like you're being held up trying to catch up on the past. It was intense at times when dealing with issues like rape and PTSD. Overall, a highly recommended read.
