Hmm...did I miss something at the end of book 4? Where did Kira come from, and Denise is now "demonically altered" and married to Spade? Oh, I get it now....you had to have read another book in a new series about Denise's story. Kind of frustrating. Overall, still a good read with enough surprises to keep you entertained.
